I have driven by this place a million times but never thought to stop in. It wasn't until I was talking to a friend of a friend who has since moved to New York, but came back on a visit and told me he picked up four burrito at Cinco de Mayo to take back with him so I had to try this place. This is a restaurant inside of a massive grocery store. There's decent signage, but it's basically a labyrinth and the restaurant sits on the backside. The staff was really friendly. I got an Al pastor burrito and esquires to go. The food is pretty good. It's not super authentic more of a fusion, but it hits the spot. The Alpa store taco had avocados in it, which really gave me a baja mexican food vibes. The salsa was great - I will definitely be asking for more next time. I was really impressed with how much grocery they had inside this market because it looks quite small from the outside, but it's quite large. It looks really well maintained, and the shelves were being stocked. I will definitely be stopping by for Hispanic grocery items and for a quick fusion bite - it's good to know I don't have to drive to Highland town.

This place is fantastic! Everything was great. I recommend the chorizo tostada and the tamales, but I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order. Very flavorful.

Cinco de Mayo Dos impresses with authentic ambiance, friendly service, and delicious food. It is tucked away in the back of a Mexican market. The market location adds charm, and I'd love to return to explore more! The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff also created such a welcoming environment! We ordered the Birria Tacos with Consommé, which were one of the best I've had! The tender, flavorful meat and rich consommé make this dish a standout, especially when dipping the cheesy tacos. For the three tacos, we chose al pastor, asada, and carnitas. Each one was equally delicious with savory and smoky flavors. I'd highly recommend checking Cinco de Mayo Dos out and exploring the market while you're here in Baltimore!

The food was amazing. I went with a friend and both decided they had the best tacos we've ever had. Great service and truly delicious food. Amazing portions for the price and will definitely be back.

The food here is awesome! I would say I'm a regular I've eaten from here more than 4 times and it's Pretty authentic. This place reminds me of California, even the little market. BTW this restaurant is INSIDE the Mexican food market. You can find great Mexican and International Latin spices and items here, which is amazing as a Latina. I usually get the 4 Tacos De Birria Y Consome and an extra taco like Al Pastor or Carnitas. I tried the Taco De Lengua (beef tongue) once since the food is good. The meat was very tender but it was lacking seasoning and flavor especially compared to the Birria Tacos. The food is usually good and I always forget to take Pictures! Will update with pictures one day... :) FYI I speak Spanish so it makes it much easier to communicate with the staff.

Everyone is so sweet here, and they have incredible Mexican and Central American food!! The prices are super reasonable too! I highly recommend the pupusas! They're so good!!

We've ordered take out a few times and dined in once. Their menu is pretty decent, some of the Mexican dishes are pretty authentic, some other ones I'm not sure if I wanna order again; specifically potato chorizo taquitos that were soggy, not crispy at all for tacos dorados. Salsas are delish and pitcher drinks are generous and flavorful. Service is prompt and kind. Ambiance is always chill and in a very quiet part of the building. The retail part of the business is a true Mexican Dream come true with all the groceries, butcher shop and general inventory they carry. I left very happy and wanting to come back ASAP!

Thee BEST Birria and consomé I have gotten to taste in my life! The photo does it no justice, I hd to take video lol. We should be able to upload 7sec video clips. The broth was so delicious that I did not want to waste it, so I had to drink it. You have to give them a try even if you are not close by it is WORTH the gas mileage. I can taste the love every single time I order this dish.

The hours on Google/Trip Advisor/Yelp says they open at 6. I walked in at 6:45 am and was informed that the restaurant opens at 9. However, they offered to make my breakfast anyway. I had the Huevos Divorciados and it was absolutely delicious. Per my request of over easy, the eggs were cooked perfectly. The salsa roja and verde were nice and although the rice a beans were not particularly special, they were good too. The dining room might turn some folks off as it is worn and grungy. The service was prompt and friendly. If you don't want to wait an hour or more for a table just to get an overpriced (albeit good) breakfast at Miss. Shirley's with the hipster doofus crowd, then walk 10 minutes to come to Cinco de Mayo Dos. You will be just as happy.
